I’m having another day of catastrophic thinking.

Characteristic 10: Adult children of alcoholics usually feel they are different than other people.

Bingo! Right on target. How many people have catastrophic thinking? Maybe some? But not most. But I do. And I am indeed different. So I am trying to find other pathways. Without panic.
Every single person in the room tonight will tell me Characteristic 10 is true of them.

The reason I go is to listen to how they handle it. Because I haven’t got a clue.
