Dried pear slices. As they dry they shrink and stick to the tray. They shrivel up. So you have to go in and pry them off the tray before its too late, then continue drying. Prying away this morning I was reminded the very same happens with scar tissue on the retina after laser eye surgery. This is why I needed the scar tissue to be removed. It was shriveling my retina.
