Trying to add these as favorite sayings.

1. Government’s view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

2. A politician which robs Peter to pay Paul, can always count on the support of Paul.

3. To compel a man to furnish contributions of money for the propagation of opinions which he disbelieves and abhors, is sinful and tyrannical.

4. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.
