Feb 17 2020 Update: Basic Workout Rate

I am now working out at 800 KCals in a 1 hour session on every aerobics day. And trying to do weights two other days. This should give me about a 4000 KCal week the rest of the winter.

The daily exercise will increase in the summer because I can get out and do outdoor things. My goal has been just to not vegetate all winter and absorb couch calories like everyone does over the holidays.
